We understand that life runs at
a frantic pace; the uncertainties,
difficulties, and losses can leave
you hurting and bruised up. At
this stage in your life you have
many concerns. How do I raise
my kids? What happens if I lose
my job? How do I start over
after a divorce? How can I
ensure that my parents are
cared for? How can I improve my marriage? What are my priorities with
my monthly budget? God is right there in the middle of your
circumstances with direction, strength, and peace. He has placed Godly
people along side of you to help, encourage, and shoulder the burdens
of life. With this is mind, we have designed activities for adults that
purposefully generate interaction and fellowship in its truest sense.
These activities reflect our core values and promote a sense of
community. Come for a Wednesday night meal or step in to a Sunday
School class and meet people that want to hear your story and join
you on the path.
Sunday School
Sundays at 9:00am
...but more than just a Sunday gathering! We study the Bible, worship, and pray
but our fellowship extends into the rest of the week. Find a group your age and
you’ll meet a couple that you’ll see at the t-ball field because your kids are on
the same team. You’ll notice the waitress at your favorite restaurant is in your
group. As you pass through the bank drive-thru, you’ll be greeted by a teller
who is your group. You’ll get together for dinner. You’ll take a meal to a sick
friend’s house. You’ll gather to pray at the home of an anxious couple awaiting
the outcome of the adoption process. You’ll share with a mutual friend how to
know Jesus and make sure he knows where your group meets this Sunday.
Brothers and sisters in Christ, sharing Jesus and life’s experiences!
Discipleship Groups
Sundays at 5:00pm
Whether you like the continuity of an on-going class or the variety of a 6-week
study, you’ll find something that helps you honor God in your daily living and
equips you as disciple. In the past we’ve offered classes on how to share your
faith, managing your money, relationships, and prayer. Watch our weekly
bulletin and monthly Vision Newsletter to see when you can get in on the start
of a new class!
Drama, Art, and Music
Feeling artistic? There are various ministries available for you to use your
talents to glorify the Lord. See our Music and Worship page for more details!
Missions
Several times throughout the year we offer planned opportunities for you to
help those in need. Our church is involved in ministering to the homeless,
building homes through Habitat for Humanity, disaster relief, and giving to
missions organizations local and abroad. Check our weekly bulletin and monthly
Vision Newsletter for current opportunities.
